摘要
目的:观察中西医结合治疗弥漫性毒性甲状腺肿的临床疗效。方法:将164例弥漫性毒性甲状腺肿患者随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组82例。对照组采用丙基硫氧嘧啶治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗基础上加用疏肝消疠方治疗,3个月为1个疗程,治疗后比较两组患者的甲状腺激素水平以及临床疗效。结果:对照组经治疗后游离三碘甲状腺原氨酸(free triiodothyronine,FT3)、游离甲状腺素(free thyroxine,FT4)均较治疗前显著下降(P<0.05);治疗组经治疗后FT3、FT4均较治疗前及对照组治疗后显著下降(P<0.05);治疗组经治疗后促甲状腺激素水平较治疗前及对照组治疗后显著升高(P<0.05);治疗组有效率为89.02%,对照组有效率为93.90%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗弥漫性毒性甲状腺肿疗效显著,且有助于维持甲状腺激素水平。
Objective： To explore the clinical efficacy of integrated traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine treatment of Graves disease. Methods： 164 cases patients of Graves disease were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group, each of 82 cases. The control group was given propyhhiouracil therapy, and the treatment group was treated with the prescription of Shu- gala Xiaoli based on the control group, three months for a course of treatment, compared the levels of thyroid hormone levels and clinical efficacy end of treatment. Results ： The level of FT3, FT4 on the control group after treatment was significantly decreased than before treatment （ P 〈 0.05 ） ; the level of FT3, FT4 on the treatment group after treatment was significantly decreased than before treatment and after treatment of control group （ P 〈 0.05 ） ; the levels of TSI-1 on the treatment group after treatment was significantly increased than before treatment and after treatment of control group（ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： Integrated traditional Chinese medicine and western medi- cine therapy can effectively improve clinical therapy of Graves disease, help maintaining the levels of thyroid hormone.
