摘要
选取高速铁路环境影响评价指标和环境影响因子,引入层次分析法确定权重,采用模糊数学方法进行综合评价,以京沪高速铁路为例进行评价分析。结果表明,采用模糊层次分析法相结合的方法评价高速铁路网建设对区域环境的影响可避免单一评价方法的局限性,能更全面、合理地评价高速铁路建设项目的主要污染源和污染物的排放,评价结果为规划阶段各个方案的比选提供决策依据,在一定程度上反映其经济和社会效益。该研究成果可为高速铁路建设的环境保护提供理论指导。
By selecting the environmental impact assessment indicators and environmental impact factors of high-speed railway and introducing AHP to determine the weights, this paper used the fuzzy mathematics method to evaluate the comprehensive evaluation, combining the analysis on the example of the Beijing-Shang- hal high-speed railway. The results showed that the evaluation of the impact of high speed railway network construction on regional environment by combining fuzzy AHP evaluation method can avoid the limitation of single evaluation method and can evaluate the main pollution sources and pollutant emissions of the high-speed railway construction projects more comprehensively and reasonably. The results of the evaluation can provide the basis for the decision-making of the alternative plans in the planning stage and can reflect the economic and social benefits of the plans to a certain degree. The research results can provide theoretical guidance for the environmental protection of high-speed railway construction.
