摘要
目的为了确保封边机的主要零部件能够安全可靠地工作,对零部件进行力学分析。方法采用Ansys Workbench软件对部分零部件进行必要的静力学、动力学与模态分析。将通过分析找出的最大应力、应变与材料的许用应力、应变进行对比,将各阶临界转速与实际转速进行对比。结果通过分析找出了最大应力为2.0697 MPa,远远小于材料屈服极限355 MPa和抗拉强度600 MPa,实际转速为396-1980r/min,远远小于各阶临界转速的最小值27 330 r/min。结论该封边机的主要零部件在工作中是安全可靠的。
In order to ensure that the main components of a sealing machine could work safely and reliably, the mechanical analysis of the parts was conducted. Using Ansys Workbench software to perform necessary static, dynamic and modal analysis for for some parts. The maximum stress and strain found by analysis were compared with the allowed stress and strain of the material, and the critical speed was compared with the actual speed. It was found by the analysis that the maximum stress was 2.0697 MPa, which was far less than the material yield limit of 355 MPa and the tensile strength of 600 MPa, while the actual speed was 396~1980 r/min, which was much smaller than the minimum value of the critical speed27 330 r/min. In conclusion, the main components of the sealing machine were safe and reliable in operation.
