摘要
为探讨草甘膦对三叶鬼针草的作用,在室内采用不同体积分数草甘膦水溶液处理三叶鬼针草种子和幼苗,研究草甘膦对种子活力、幼苗3种保护酶活性、丙二醛和质膜透性的变化。结果表明:草甘膦明显降低了三叶鬼针草种子发芽率和活力;幼苗过氧化氢酶、过氧化物酶和超氧化物歧化酶活性和质膜透性随草甘膦体积分数的增加而明显升高;丙二醛含量则随之下降。显然,草甘膦对三叶鬼针草种子活力有一定抑制作用,在一定剂量下幼苗通过提高保护酶活性抵御草甘膦产生的不利影响。
The effects of glyphosate on seed vigor, catalase, peroxidase, superoxide dismutase activities, malondialdehyde content and membrane permeability of Bidens pilosa L. were determined in laboratory with different concentration of glyphosate aqueous solution treated. The results showed that glyphosate decreased the seed germination ratio and vigor of Bidens pilosa L. The activities of catalase, peroxidase, superoxide dismutase, and membrane permeability of the seedlings increased with the increase of glyphosate concentration. Glyphosate had inhibitive effect on the weed seed vigor, and the seedling improved protective enzymes activity to resist the adverse effect of glyphosate.
