摘要
以甲基肼、乙酰乙酸乙酯和对氯甲基苯甲酸叔丁酯等为起始原料,经环合、Vilsmeier-Haack-Arnold反应、醚化、肟化和缩合反应,制得唑螨酯原药,产品质量分数在96%以上,总收率大于60%。该工艺反应条件温和,收率高,产品品质好,适合工业化生产。
Fenpyroximate was synthesized, using methylhydrazine, ethyl acetoacetate, tert-butyl p-chloromethylbenzoate and others as the starting material, by steps of cyclization, Vilsmeier-Haack-Arnold reaction, etherification, oximation and condensation reaction. The purity of the final product was more than 96%, and the total yield was more than 60%. The process was in mild conditions of operation, improving the product quality and yield, and would be suitable for industrial production.
