摘要
通过测定黏度曲线和流变曲线研究了增稠剂种类、用量、温度以及外加电解质对高效氯氟氰菊酯水乳剂流变特性的影响。实验结果表明:水乳剂黏度随着黄原胶和硅酸镁铝用量的增加而增大,且黄原胶的增稠效果优于硅酸镁铝;添加不同用量增稠剂,水乳剂均表现出剪切变稀的假塑性流体特征,且假塑性特征随着增稠剂用量的增加而增强;温度升高使得水乳剂黏度减小,不同温度下水乳剂均具有剪切变稀的假塑性特征;随着电解质离子浓度的增加,水乳剂黏度先增大后减小,在一定浓度范围内,外加电解质离子不会改变水乳剂的假塑性特征。
In this paper, the effects of the type and dosage of thickening agent, temperature and electrolyte ions on the rheological characteristics of lambda-cyhalothrin EW were researched by measuring the viscosity curve and rheological curve. The results indicated that the viscosity of the EW increased with the increase of dosage ofxanthan gum (XG) and silicate (SM), and XG was superior to SM in the thickening performance. All EW formulations showed as shear-thinning pseudoplastic fluid when different dosages of thickening agents were added, and the pseudoplastic strengthened as the dosage of thickening agent increased. The viscosity of EW decreased with the rise of temperature, moreover, EW formulations possessed the characteristics of shear-thinning pseudoplastic at various temperatures. The viscosity of EW increased first, then decreased with the increase of electrolyte ion concentration. The pseudoplastic characteristics of EW had not changed when adding electrolyte ion in a certain concentration range.
