摘要
云南楚雄某铜矿含铜0.95%,氧化率28.47%,其中结合氧化铜高达18.41%,属典型的混合铜矿。针对该矿石基本性质进行了浮选试验研究,确定了适于该矿的浮选流程及条件。研究表明,采用二次粗选、二次精选、一次扫选工艺流程和简单的药剂制度作为设计流程,可获得闭路试验指标为原矿Cu 0.95%;精矿含铜Cu 20.41%;精矿铜回收率74.40%。
A copper ore in Yunnan assaying 0. 95% Cu,28.47% ot oxidation rate, 15.41% of combined copper oxide,is a typical mixed copper ore. And flotation tests were conducted to recover the copper and determine the opti- mum flotation flowsheet. Tests in close circuit were carried out by two-stage roughing, two-stage cleaning and one scavenging operations, together with regular flotation reagents consumption, and copper concentrate with 20. 41% Cu,and a Cu recovery of 74. 40% can be obtained.
