摘要
我国处于社会主义初级阶段,医疗体制的改革未能跟上经济的发展,同时受政府、医院管理、医务人员、媒体、患者等因素影响,医患关系复杂。研究医患关系影响因素,找出改善医患关系的关键指标,对构建和谐医患关系具有重要意义。从医务人员视角出发,首先根据文献梳理,可以建构影响医患关系几大因素之间的结构模型,然后设计具体调查指标,进行大样本调研,再修正指标体系。用结构方程进行实证分析,得知影响医患关系各因素之间的关系,并根据模型结果,为影响医患关系的各个主体提出建议,同时为改善当下紧张的医患关系提供理论基础。
China is at the primary stage of socialism. Medical system reform can hardly match the development of economy. Meanwhile, doctor-patient relationship is influenced by many factors such as patient, medical staff, media, government, and hospital management, etc. For building a harmonious doctor- patient relationship, it is significant to identify the key factors. In the perspective of medical staff, firstly, we propose the structure model of factors influencing doctor-patient relationship based on existing literature. Then a survey is designed to investigate and improve indicators involved. We use structure equation modeling to analyze the interaction between these factors, and discuss the theoretical and practical implications for every participator involved in the doctor-patient relationship.
