摘要
以番茄品种世佳101(高感根结线虫)和精选红桃(中抗根结线虫)为试材,采用温室盆栽苗期人工接种技术,研究了南方根结线虫侵染对不同抗性番茄品种叶片叶绿素含量及其荧光参数的影响。结果表明,线虫侵染导致番茄叶片叶绿素含量减少,叶绿素荧光参数光系统Ⅱ(PSⅡ)最大光化学效率(Fv/Fm)和光合电子传递效率(ΦPSⅡ)下降,非光化学猝灭系数(NPQ)先上升后下降,并且不同抗性品种之间存在明显差异,其中世佳101的叶绿素含量、Fv/Fm和ΦPSⅡ的下降幅度均大于精选红桃。在侵染10d时,两品种的NPQ出现显著差异,精选红桃NPQ的升高幅度明显大于世佳101。显然,线虫侵染对精选红桃叶片的影响低于世佳101。叶绿素荧光参数Fv/Fm、ΦPSⅡ和NPQ可以作为无损检测番茄品种根结线虫抗性的生理参考指标,其中NPQ更适合。
Taking tomato eultivar 'ShijialOl' (highly susceptible to root-knot nematode) and 'Jingxuanhongtao' ( middle resistant to root-knot nematode ) as experimental material, this paper studied the effect of root-knot nematode ( Meloidogyne incognita ) infection on leaf blade chlorophyll content and fluorescence parameters of different tomato ( Solanum lycopersicum L. ) varieties, by pot cultivation in greenhouse and artificial inoculation at seedling stage. The result indicated that nematode infection led the leaf blade chlorophyll content reduced, the maximal photochemical efficiency ( Fv/Fm ) and actual photochemical efficiency ( Ф PS Ⅱ ) were all reduced. Whereas the non-photochemical quenching coefficient ( NPQ ) was firstly increased, then declined. There were remarkable differences among varieties with different resistances. Among them, the decline range in chlorophyll content, Fv/Fm and Ф SPS Ⅱ of 'Shijial01' was bigger than that of 'Jingxuanhongtao' There were significant differences in NPQ of these 2 varieties, 10 days after infection. The increasing range of 'Jingxuanhongtao' was remarkably bigger than that of 'Shijial01' . Obviously; the effect of nematode infection on leaf blade of 'Jingxuanhongtao' was smaller than 'Shijial01' . The chlorophyll fluorescence parameters, Fv/Fm, Ф PS Ⅱand NPQ can be the physical reference indexes for identifying tomato varieties with resistance to root-knot nematode, and the parameter NPQis the most suitable one.
