摘要
选取浸渍温度、浸渍时间作为因素,通过单因素试验,对浸渍处理过的沙苑子经干燥后分别测定沙苑子中总黄酮、多酚以及沙苑子苷A的含量。结果表明,三者的含量变化与浸渍温度、浸渍时间均呈非线性关系。与未经浸渍处理过的沙苑子相比,浸渍后沙苑子中总黄酮量远高于未浸渍;多酚含量稍高,40℃时含量略高于30℃;沙苑子苷A含量在30℃时普遍升高,明显高于40℃,而40℃浸渍12 h的含量大幅度提升,此时得到了最大富集。结果表明,多酚类物质富集的最佳工艺参数为浸渍温度40℃,浸渍时间12 h。
With impregnation temperature and impregnation time as influence factor,we respectively determine the content of total flavonoids,polyphenols and complanatoside A in astragalus complanatus after the curing of treated astragalus complanatus under same temperature in single factor experiment. According to experiment result,there is a non-linear relationship between content changes of these three substances and impregnation temperature and time. By comparing treated astragalus complanatus with untreated astragalus complanatus,we found that the total flavonoids enrichment degree of the former is far more than that of the latter and that the polyphenols enrichment degree of former is little higher. The total flavonoids enrichment degree in40 ℃ of treated astragalus complanatus is little higher than that of 30 ℃. Besides,the complanatoside A enrichment degree under 30 ℃ is much bigger than that under 40 ℃. It is greatly increased under 40 ℃ after having been impreganated for 12 h and it reaches the largest enrichment degree. From this,we can conclude that the optimum process parameter of polyphenols enrichment is as follows impregnation temperature is 40 ℃ and impregnation time is 12 h.
