摘要
【目的】探讨全肺切除术治疗结核性毁损肺术的疗效。【方法】回顾性分析1985年6月至2010年10月全肺切除治疗138例结核性毁损肺患者的临床资料，其中左毁损肺76例，右毁损肺62例。分析患者术后治愈率、痰菌转阴率、并发症及病死率。【结果】138例患者均手术成功，其中治愈率为898．6％（124／138），痰菌阳转阴为927．5％（128／138），并发症发生率166．7％（23／138），手术病死率36．2％（5／138）。【结论】全肺切除术治疗结核性毁损肺疗效满意，客观上达到改善患者生活质量和挽救生命的目的。
[ Objective]To perform clinical analysis of Pneumonectomy for 138 patients with tuberculosis‐destroyed lungs .[Methods]Retrospective analysis of 138 patients and their data from June of 1985 to October of 2010 .Of them ,76 had tuberculosis‐destroyed left lung and 62 had tuberculosis‐destroyed right lung .Opera‐tive success ,negative sputum post‐operation ,complication of surgery ,and death rates were all measured and compared in the patients .[Results]Of the total 138 patients ,all patients had successful removal of tuberculo‐sis‐destroyed lung by surgery ,however ,89 8.6% （124/138） patients were cured ,92 7.5% （128/138） showed negative sputum after operation ,16 6.7% （23/138） had post‐operation complication ,and mortality rates were 3 6.2% （5/138） .[Conclusion]Pneumonectomy is quite successful and objectively ,it can be seen that the proce‐dure can save many lives .
