摘要
计算机技术已经广泛应用于社会的各个层面,在船舶方面也有许多重大的突破。在网络建设方面,船舶检验监督管理系统和船舶检验发证管理系统(VIMS5.0)已运用到全国的船舶检验部门,并依托该系统建立全国的船检库,为信息化的进一步发展奠定了厚实的基础。本文研究致力于船舶检验发证管理系统的概况以及计算机技术在船舶上的应用,重点介绍了检验发证管理系统的结构、基本状况和技术特点。
Computer technology has been widely used in all levels of society, the ship also has many major breakthrough. In network construction, ship inspection supervision and management system and ship survey and certification management system （VIMS5.0） has been applied to the country＇s vessel inspection departments, and relying on the system to establish a national ship inspection library, laid for the turther developmenl of information technology solid foundation. This paper is committed to vessel inspection and certification of management systems before computer technology on the ship, focuses on the structure and technical characteristics of the basic conditions survey and certification management system.
