摘要
唐山中厚板公司通过对工作层出现热裂纹的轧机工作辊进行硬度和金相组织分析,判断造成此类缺陷的原因主要是轧机力矩无法满足轧制变形需要。通过减小压下量和投用润滑等措施杜绝了此类现象的再次发生。
By performing hardness and microstructure analysis on plate mill work roll with work layer thermal cracks, Tangshan Medium Plate Co. estimates that the thermal cracks are mainly caused by the mill torque which cannot satisfy the demand of rolling deformation. Such phenomenon can be prevented by taking measures of decreasing the draft and applying lubrication.
