摘要
针对南钢生产船板表面出现条带状麻坑的问题,利用条带状麻坑分布状态和截面金相组织形貌特征,分析了条带状麻坑的产生原因,认为条带状麻坑由粗除鳞喷嘴压力降低所致。通过对粗除鳞喷嘴进行检修,消除了条带状麻坑。
In view of the strip type pit - like defect on ship plate in NISCO, the paper analyzes the causes of the defects according to their distribution state and morphology features, and believes that the defect is caused by lower pressure of rough descaling nozzle. The defects are eliminated by maintaining and repairing the nozzles.
