参芪益肺汤对早期尘肺转化生长因子-β1的干预研究 被引量:4

Intervention study for Shenqi Yifei Decoction to TGF-beta 1 in the early pneumoconiosis

摘要 目的:探讨参芪益肺汤对早期尘肺血清中细胞转化生长因子-β1(TGF-β1)的影响。方法:选取尘肺患者60例,随机分为参芪益肺汤加西医常规治疗组(中西药组)和西医常规治疗组(西药组),各30例,同期抽取30名健康人血清做健康对照研究。观察健康人群与尘肺患者血清中TGF-β1的差异;并观察两组尘肺患者治疗前与治疗3个月后TGF-β1、呼吸困难评分MMRC、6min步行距离的变化。结果:健康人群的TGF-β1血清水平显著低于尘肺患者(P<0.01);治疗3个月后中西药组的TGF-β1血清水平与MMRC显著低于西药组(P<0.01),而6min步行距离显著高于西药组(P<0.01)。结论:参芪益肺汤可有效改善早期(气阴两虚、痰瘀阻肺型)尘肺患者的临床症状及肺功能,并有助于降低其血清中的TGF-β1水平。 Objective: To study the intervention effect of Shenqi Yifei Decoction on the transforming growth factor β1(TGF-β1) in the serum of early pneumoconiosis. Methods: Sixty patients with pneumoconiosis selected by GBZ70-2002 were randomly divided into Shenqi Yifei Decoction and western medicine routine treatment group(Chinese and western medicine group) and western medicine routine treatment group(western medicine group). During the same period 30 cases of healthy person were selected as a control group. The serum TGF-β1, dyspnea score and 6 minutes walking distance were tested in each group before and after treatment. Results: The serum TGF-β1 in the healthy group was significantly lower than that in the Chinese and western medicine group and western medicine group(P〈0.05). After 3 months of treatments, the serum TGF-β1 levels and dyspnea score in Chinese and western medicine group were significantly lower than those in the western medicine group(P〈0.05), and the 6 minutes walking distance in Chinese and western medicine group was significantly higher than that in the western medicine group(P〈0.05). Conclusion: Shenqi Yifei Decoction could effectively improve the clinical symptoms and lung function, and help reduce the TGF-β1 level in the pneumoconiosis patients with blood qi and Yin deficiency, retention of phlegm and blood stasis in the lung.
