摘要
纤维增强的复合材料对机械加工的位置要求比较高、加工过程复杂、尺寸精度要求较高,导致加工难度较大。因此,应根据既有设备的特点,改善纤维增强的复合材料加工技术,从而提高机械加工产品的质量。就复合材料的分类和性能进行了分析,探讨了复合材料机械加工技术,以期提高复合材料机械加工的水平。
The fiber reinforced composite material on the mechanical processing of the location requirements is relatively high, the processing process is complex, high dimensional accuracy requirements, resulting in the difficulty of processing. Therefore, it should be based on the characteristics of existing equipment to improve the fiber reinforced composite material processing technology, so as to improve the quality of mechanical products. In this paper, the classification and properties of composite materials are analyzed, and the mechanical processing technology of composite materials is discussed in order to improve the mechanical properties of composite materials.
