摘要
采用三维有限元法分析了SiCp/Al复合材料薄壁件铣削加工的内应力分布。结果表明,在铣削力作用下,SiC颗粒承受较大的力,而铝合金基体承受相对较小的力,且颗粒上的应力分布极不均匀,在颗粒尖角处的应力较大。因此,在SiCp/Al复合材料薄壁件的铣削加工中极易在颗粒边缘发生破损,从而造成严重的表面缺陷。
The internal stress distribution of SiCp/Al composites thin -walled parts was analyzed during milling ma- chining by using three - dimensional finite element. The results showed that : under the milling force, SiC particles bear a greater force, while the Al alloy matrix bears a relatively small force. The stress distribution on the particle is extremely un- even, and there is a larger stress on the sharp corners of the particles. Thus, during milling of SiCp/Al composites thin - walled parts, the edge of the particles damaged easily and resulted in serious surface defects.
