摘要
运用数据包络分析测度我国高技术产业五大行业的知识管理效率,结论显示:电子计算机及办公设备制造业综合技术效率最高,其资源配置和资源使用都有效;航空航天器制造业综合技术效率最低,主要因为其规模无效所致;电子及通信设备制造业和医疗设备及仪器仪表制造业综合技术效率较低,是因为这两行业规模效率无效;医药制造业综合技术效率较低是因为其资源配置和资源使用低效导致。在此基础上提出高技术产业知识管理效率提升的对策建议。
In this paper, knowledge management efficiency of high - tech industry is measured by using data envelopment analysis. The conclusion shows : the integrated technology efficiency of computer and office equipment industry is the high- est, because its resource allocation and resource use are valid ; the integrated technology efficiency of aerospace manufactur- ing is the lowest, mainly because its size is invalid ; the integrated technology efficiency of electronics and communications equipment manufacturing and medical equipment and instrumentation manufacturing comprehensive are low, because of the invalid scale efficiency of the two industries ; the integrated technology efficiency of pharmaceutical manufacturing is low be- cause of inefficient resource allocation and use of resources. On this basis, suggestions are proposed for improving knowl- edge management efficiency of high - tech industry in this paper.
