摘要
为拓宽锦葵茎皮纤维的应用领域,以锦葵茎皮为原料,采用碱脱胶工艺提取锦葵茎皮纤维,并以碱处理后的锦葵茎皮纤维为增强体,聚丙烯纤维为基体,制备质量分数分别为40%、30%、20%、10%、0的锦葵茎皮纤维增强聚丙烯复合材料,探讨了纤维质量分数对锦葵茎皮纤维增强聚丙烯复合材料的拉伸、弯曲及隔声性能的影响。研究结果表明:当纤维质量分数为30%时,锦葵茎皮纤维增强复合材料的拉伸断裂强度、拉伸模量、弯曲模量均最高,弯曲强度随锦葵茎皮纤维质量分数的增加出现逐渐增大的趋势;当纤维质量分数超过10%时,锦葵茎皮纤维增强聚丙烯复合材料的电压峰值衰减率随发声频率的提高先增大后减小;当发声频率相同时,纤维质量分数越低,复合材料隔声性能越差,当纤维质量分数超过30%后,电压峰值衰减率有所下降。
In order to widen the application field of virginica stem bark fiber,virginica stem bark fiber reinforced polypropylene composites with the fiber content of 40%,30%,20%,10%,and 0% were prepared from virginica stem bark as the reinforcer,which was extracted by alkali degumming technology and treated with alkali,and polypropylene as the base. The effect of virginica stem bark fiber content on the tensile,flexural and acoustic properties of the composites were discussed. The results showed that the tensile breaking strength,tensile modulus and flexural modulus of the composite reached the maximum when the fiber content was 30%,but the bending strength gradually improved with the increase of the content of the virginica stem bark fiber; when the fiber content exceeded 10%,the peak voltage attenuation percentage first increased and then decreased with the trend of increasing audible frequency.When the audible frequency was the same,the lower the content of the virginica stem bark fiber,the poorer the acoustic performance,but when the content of the virginica stem bark fiber exceeded 30%,the peak voltage attenuation percentage declined.
