摘要
为了研究“宜力健”对经产母猪免疫机能与生产性能影响的应用效果,选择以往繁殖正常的第3~4胎次、体重和体况相近的长大二元经产母猪40头,按随机区组分成宜力健组和对照组,每组20头,于母猪妊娠30 d开始进入试验。对照组饲喂基础饲粮,宜力健组在基础饲粮中每天每头添加一剂“宜力健”,每月连续使用7 d,至母猪下一次配种再妊娠时结束。两组试验猪的饲养管理条件一致,全程跟踪测评两组母猪的后续各项繁殖性能及哺乳仔猪的生长性能。研究结果表明:1)母猪繁殖性能方面,与对照组相比,宜力健组母猪平均窝产活仔数提高1.8头(P〈0.05),初乳中Ig G含量提高20.74%(P〈0.05)、初乳中各项营养成分也有改善之趋势(P〉0.05)。2)断奶母猪再繁殖性能方面,与对照组相比,宜力健组断奶母猪体况评分提高24.71%(P〈0.01),其在7 d内和14 d内的发情率都分别提高10个百分点,情期受胎率提高13.33个百分点。3)哺乳仔猪生长性能方面,与对照组相比,宜力健组仔猪21日龄断奶个体重提高2.32%(P〉0.05)、21日龄断奶窝重提高10.47%(P〈0.05);宜力健组哺乳仔猪腹泻指数降低17.70%,其健康状况得到明显改善。4)母猪健康状况,宜力健组母猪分娩的滞产率、早产率和哺乳期三联征发病率分别降低15、25和10个百分点。试验证明:饲喂“宜力健”不仅能有效提高母猪的产仔和泌乳性能,间接改善哺乳仔猪的生长性能和健康状况,而且还能有效提高断奶母猪后续再繁殖性能。
In order to study the effects of "Yilijian" feed supplementation on immune function and production performance of muhiparous sows, 40 Landrace-Yorkshire hybrid sows(about 3~4 parity) were randomly divided into 2 groups equally, which enter the trial in early gestation(30 d after mating). Two groups were fed the same basal diet. The Yilijian group was added "Yilijian" for 7 d per month until next mating and pregnancy. The pro- ductive performances of the two groups were tracked to measure. The results showed as follows: 1) Compared with the control group, the Yilijian group was increased 1.8 in the average number born alive (P〈0.05), and in- creased 20.74% in colostrum IgG content (P〈0.05). The colostrum nutrients were also increased in some extent (P〉0.05). 2) The Yilijian group was higher 24.71% in weaned sows body condition score(P〈0.01), and higher 10, 10 and 13.33 percent points in 7 d, 14 d oestrus rate and conception rate than the control group, respectively. 3)The piglets of Yilijian group was higher 10.47% in weaned litter weight at 21 d (P〈0.05) and lower 17.70% in diarrhea index than that of the control group, respectively. 4) Compared with the control group, the incidence of the farrowing delay, ahead and MMA during lactation of the Yilijian group were lower 15, 25 and 10 percent points, respectively. These results implied that "Yilijian" have great effects on improving gestation and lactes- cence of the sows, and indirectly improving piglets growth and health performance. Moreover, "Yilijian" have areat effects on improving rebreeding performance of the sows.
