摘要
通过分析现行地震宏观异常管理模式存在的问题,结合实际工作经验,提出强化保障、改变思路、应用新科技。通过网页、手机APP、微信圈、12322等信息平台,拓宽宏观异常交流与收集渠道,提高大震前宏观异常的发现率与上报率,以发挥其在强震预测预报中的关键作用。
Through the analysis of the existing problems in the current macroscopic anomaly management model,strengthening the protection,changing ideas,application of new technology are put forward combined with the practical work experience.Through the web,mobile APP,WeChat,12322 platform and other public information platforms,exchange and collection channels of macroscopic anomalies are broadened and the discovery rate and reporting rate of macroscopic anomalies before earthquake are improved.So The key role is played in the prediction of strong earthquakes.
