^(131)I辐射对甲减大鼠甲状旁腺功能的影响

摘要 目的分析131I辐射所致甲状腺机能减退后的大鼠甲状旁腺功能的变化.方法 3月龄健康SD大鼠14只随机分为2组,即空白组和131I给药组.空白组给予生理盐水,131I给药组给予131I溶液灌胃2周,造模成功后,利用放射免疫法每隔2周及第8周检测大鼠血清甲状旁腺素(PTH)、钙(Ca)水平和磷(P)水平.结果造模后与空白组相比,第2周、第4周、第8周131I给药组血清中钙、磷浓度无变化(P>0.05).造模后与空白组相比,第2周、第4周、第8周131I给药组的PTH水平显著降低(P<0.01).结论 131I导致甲状腺功能减退后,在短时间内可导致PTH水平降低,但不会引起低血钙、高血磷的异常变化,提示131I辐射导致甲状腺功能减退的同时对大鼠甲状旁腺的功能也有一定影响. Objective The aim of this study was to analyze the changes of parathyroid function of the rats with hypothyroidism caused by 131I radiation. Methods Fourteen 3-month-old healthy SD rats were selected and randomly divided into two groups: the control group and the treatment with 131I group. At the beginning, the control group was given physiological saline orally, while the treatment 131I group was given solution 131Iorally for two weeks. After the establishment of model, the radio immunity was used to measure the levels of parathyroid hormone (PTH) , Ca and P in the serum of the experimental rats every two weeks and at the eighth week. Results At the 2nd, 4th and 8th weeks after modeling, the treatment 131I group showed no differences in the levels of Ca and P in the serum compared with the blank group (P 〉 0.05) , while the PTH level of treatment with 131Igroup was decreased significantly (P 〈 0.01) Conclusion After hypothyroidism caused by 131I radiation, the level of PTH was reduced in a short time, but hypocalcemia and hyperphosphatemia were not observed, which suggested that 131I radiation can affect the parathyroid function in rats while inducing thyroid dysfunction.
