摘要
空气预热器在线水冲洗技术成本低,操作简单,对设备影响小,能够有效降低空气预热器压差,防止空气预热器堵塞造成机组无法运行。以华电潍坊发电有限公司#3机组为例,论述空气预热器高压水冲洗的步骤及应注意的问题,总结了空气预热器在线水冲洗经验。
The on-line water washing technology for an air preheater has the advantages of low cost,easy operation,little influence on equipment,reducing the differential pressure of air preheater,preventing blockage etc.This paper took the No.3generator unit of Huadian Weifang Power Generation Company Limited as an example,discussed the operation steps of highpressure water washing on air preheater and problems that should be noticed.After that,the experience of on-line water washing technology for air preheater is summarize.
