摘要
2015年我国零售行业的增长速度远低于全社会消费品零售总额的增长速度,大部分百货企业的销售额和利润额双降,电商依然高速增长但增幅回落;同时,购物中心快速发展,折扣店、便利店大行其道,物流行业发展迅速;伴随着零售业并购的频繁,开店和关店的数量众多,业态集聚分化明显;零售业跨行业发展趋势渐显,介入金融业务的现象渐多。2016年,以消费需求为导向、以顾客为中心、加快向流通业本质回归已成为实体流通企业的共识;实体流通企业的调整转型提速,电子商务创新将继续纵深推进,多元化跨界、特色化经营、更多方式触网、更多形态O2O推动线上线下融合发展进入实质性阶段,全渠道将成为线上线下流通企业的主流模式。
In the year 2015,the growth rate of China's retail industry was much lower than that of total retail sales of consumer goods;both of the total sales and profits of most of the department stores was demonstrating the trend of decreasing;though the development of e- merchant was still rising,the growth rate of that was decreasing. At the same time,shopping centers were developing rapidly;discount stores and convenience stores were prevailing;the logistics industry was developing rapidly;there were so many stores being closed,and there were also so many emerging ones;and it was demonstrating the trend of business agglomeration and decentralization. In the year 2015,the trend of cross-industry development of retail industry was demonstrating;and there were so many enterprises being involved in the financial industry. In the year 2016,by taking consumption demand and consumers as the orientation,returning to the essence of circulation industry will become the consensus of physical circulation enterprises. The adjustment and transformation of physical circulation enterprises will be accelerated;innovation of e-business will be deepened;and the O2 O integrated development will enter the essential stage. Operating through all kinds of channels will be the mainstream in terms of O2 O circulation enterprises operation pattern.
