摘要
目的 本文针对老年糖尿病患者合并低血糖的临床病因及症状表现进行较深入地探讨,提高护理人员的护理水平。方法 收集2012年5月-2013年5月患有糖尿病合并低血糖的48例老年患者有关资料及护理方法开展回顾性分析。结果 经临床治疗及相应护理后,病情得到好转的有46例患者,死亡患者有2例,不规范使用降糖药物是引发老年糖尿病患者产生低血糖的主要原因。结论 临床治疗中应定期监测患者血糖变化,采用不同方法确定患者使用降糖药物的剂量,并结合患者血糖指标对药物剂量进行合理调整,若患者发生低血糖,应及时采取有效措施对患者预后进行改善。
Objective To investigate the clinical causes and symptoms of hypoglycemia in elderly patients with diabetes,and to improve the level of nursing care. Methods A retrospective analysis was carried out on the data and nursing methods of 48 elderly patients with diabetes and hypoglycemia during May 2012 and May 2013. Results After clinical treatment and corresponding nursing,46 patients were significantly improved,2 cases died. Irregular use of hypoglycemic drugs was the main cause of hypoglycemia in elderly patients with diabetes. Conclusion The clinical treatment of patients with blood glucose changes,the use of different methods to determine the dosage of patients with hypoglycemic drugs,and combined with the patients with blood glucose indicators to adjust the dose of drugs,if patients with hypoglycemia,should take effective measures to improve the prognosis of patients.
