摘要
目的 探究利福平联合多西环素及左氧氟沙星治疗布氏杆菌病的临床疗效。方法 选取我院2013年5月-2015年6月收治的46例布氏杆菌病患者,随机将其分为观察以及对照组两组,对照组采用利福平治疗,观察组在此基础上加入多西环素及左氧氟沙星,对两组患者的治疗效果进行比较。结果 两组患者经治疗后,观察组的疗效高于对照组,组间以P〈0.05为差异,具有统计学意义。结论 对布氏杆菌病患者在采用利福平治疗的同时加入多西环素及左氧氟沙星,治疗效果显著。
Objective To explore the efficacy of rifampicin doxycycline and levofloxacin in the treatment of brucellosis. Methods 46 cases of brucellosis during May 2013 to June 2015 in hospital were randomly divided into observation and control groups,the control group were treated with rifampin,observation group on the basis of on jiaruduoxi doxycycline and levofloxacin,the treatment effect of two groups of patients were compared. Results The two groups of patients after treatment,the efficacy of the observation group was significantly higher among groups with P〈0.05 was considered statistically significant. Conclusion Patients with brucellosis in using rifampicin while jiaruduoxi prostacyclin and levofloxacin,a significant treatment effect.
