摘要
目的分析度洛西汀联合右佐匹克隆对老年脑卒中后抑郁的治疗价值。方法将64例脑卒中后抑郁(PSD)老年患者分为两组各32例,经度洛西汀治疗的患者为对照组,经度洛西汀联合右佐匹克隆治疗的患者为治疗组。结果治疗组总有效率96.9%高于对照组总有效率75%,治疗后HAMD评分、PSQI评分低于对照组,P<0.05。结论度洛西汀联合右佐匹克隆治疗老年脑卒中后抑郁取得效果。
Objective To analyze the efficacy of duloxetine joint zopiclone right value for the treatment of senile depression after stroke. Methods 64 cases of poststroke depression（PSD）in elderly patients were divided into two groups 32 cases,longitude,treatment of the patients as control group,longitude paxil with zopiclone right therapy of patients in treatment group. Results Treatment group total effectiveness 96.9% higher than the control group total effectiveness 96.9%,HAMD scores,PSQI score lower than the control group after treatment,P 0.05. Conclusion Duloxetine joint right zopiclone treatment of senile depression after stroke has made significant effect.
