摘要
改革开放以来，我国教育事业一直处在快速发展的轨道上，其中高中教育管理为教育事业的发展做出了极大贡献，其中高中行政管理发挥了不可忽视的作用，而行政管理人员的素质在高中行政管理中体现了其特殊价值。行政管理人员具备良好的素质修养不仅有利于高中教育事业的发展，更有利于教育管理工作的开展。
