摘要
脑出血是一种突然起病的脑血液循环障碍。其特点是发病急、来势凶、病程长,是造成死亡和致残的常见病,严重威胁着患者的健康和生命。而家属的心态直接影响着患者的心理及身体恢复,通过选取我院收治脑出血患者者208例,采取对家属的问卷调查、交谈、电话回访等方式收集资料,分析家属在患者住院不同阶段的心理反应。可知家属的关怀和照顾是给患者最大的心理安慰,处理好家属的心理状况问题,对脑出血患者的治疗和康复具有重要意义。
Cerebral hemorrhage is a kind of sudden onset of cerebral blood circulation obstacle. It＆#39;s characteristic is urgent, fierce, long duration, which is the cause of death and disability common disease, serious threat to the patient＆#39;s health and life, family attitude directly affects the patient＆#39;s psychological and physical recovery. Selected 208 cases of in patients with cerebral hemorrhage disease in our hospital, to take to the families of questionnaire, conversation, telephone return visit to collect data, analysis families in patients hospitalized at different stages of psychological reaction, the concern and care of family members is one of the largest psychological comfort to patients, dealing with good psychological condition of the cerebral hemorrhage patients＆#39; families, treatment and rehabilitation in patients with cerebral hemorrhage has very important significance.
