摘要
目的分析优质护理用于急性创伤性休克急诊治疗中的效果。方法将140例患者分为两组,各70例。对照组开展常规护理,观察组开展优质护理。结果观察组抢救成功率高于对照组抢救成功率,意识清醒时间少于对照组,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论在急诊治疗急性创伤性休克时采用优质护理,可提高患者急诊成功率。
Objective Analysis the effect of high quality nursing in the emergency treatment of acute traumatic shock. Methods Selected 140 patients were divided into two groups, each group had 70 cases, the control group were carry out routine nursing as, the observation group were carry out quality care.Results The success rate of the observation group was higher than the control group, the recovery time, and the awareness of the control group was less than the control group,P〈0.05, was difference had statistically significance. Conclusion The emergency treatment of acute traumatic shock with high quality care, can improve the success rate of emergency patients.
