摘要
目的探究体外冲击波碎石术结合中药排石汤治疗输尿管结石的疗效。方法将50例输尿管结石患者按照治疗方式分为观察组(体外冲击波碎石术结合中药排石汤治疗)和对照组(单纯体外冲击波碎石术),各25例,观察两组治疗效果。结果观察组总有效率为92%,优于对照组总有效率68%。结论体外冲击波碎石术结合中药排石汤治疗输尿管结石,能够有效的降低术后并发症发生率,提升临床治疗效果。
Objective To explore the extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy combined paishitang Chinese medicine treatment efficacy of ureteral calculus.Methods Selected 50 cases of ureteral calculi were divided into two groups according to treatment group （extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy combined paishitang Chinese medicine treatment） and the control group （simple extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy）, each 25 cases were observed treatment effect.Results The treatment group total effective rate was 92% higher than the control group 68%.Conclusion Extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy combined paishitang Chinese medicine treatment of ureteral stones, can effectively reduce the incidence of postoperative complications.
