临床实习是医学生进行临床实践及积累临床经验的重要渠道,对培养优秀医学人才有着重要意义。在外科系统中,胸外科专业性较强,疑难问题多,实习时间短,如何在有限的实习时间内高质量完成对实习生的教学任务是每个外科带教老师面临的重要问题。
