惠州市急诊科护士工作压力与心理健康状况调查 被引量:6

Investigation of emergency nurses job stress and mental health status in Huizhou City

摘要 目的分析急诊科护士工作压力源以及心理健康程度,以期促进护士工作效率,提高服务理念,推动医院的护理发展。方法以惠州市326名急诊科护士为调研对象,采用中国护士工作压力源量表、Maslach工作倦怠感量表以及症状自评量表(SCL-90)调查急诊科护士的工作压力和心理健康状况。结果急诊科护士的工作压力源从高到低分别为:护理专业及工作方面的问题[(2.94±0.48)分],工作量及时间分配问题[(2.88±0.56)分],患者护理方面的问题[(2.86±0.62)分],工作环境及资源方面的问题[(2.52±0.84)分],管理及人际关系方面的问题[(2.47±0.52)分]。工作倦怠量表得分为(3.42±0.94)分,其中,情绪衰竭方面得分为(3.86±1.36)分,消极工作方面得分为(2.63±1.25)分,个人低成就感方面得分为(2.47±1.21)分。急诊科护士的SCL-90各因子及总分得分均高于国内常模,差异有高度统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论惠州市急诊科护士存在着诸多压力源及影响心理健康的因子,医院管理层应该重视急诊科护士的身心健康,采取相应的措施应对,以提高急诊科的护理质量。 Objective To analyze nurses job stress source and mental health status in Emergency Department, in order to promote nurses work efficiency, improve the service concept, promote the development of hospital care. Methods 362 nurses in Emergency Department of Huizhou City were selected. The nurse job stress scale, Maslach job burnout scale and the SCL-90 questionnaire were applied to investigate the emergency nurses job stress and mental health sta- tus. Results The items of job stress source in emergency nurses from high to low were the nursing profession and work problems [(2.94±0.48) points], the workload and time allocation problem [(2.88±0.56) points], the problems of patients nursing [(2.86±0.62) points], the work environment and resource problem [(2.52±0.84) points], the management and interpersonal problem [(2.47±0.52) points]. The score of Maslach job burnout scale was (3.42±0.94) points, among which, the scores of emotional exhaustion was (3.86±1.36) points, negative work was (2.63±1.25) points, low personal accomplishment was (2.47±1.21) points. The SCL-90 factors scores and total score were all higher than those of the national norm, with statistically significant differences (P 〈 0.01). Conclusion There are a lot of pressure source and influence factors of mental health among emergency nurses in Huizhou City. Hospital management should attach great importance to the Emergency Department nurses" physical and mental health, take appropriate measures to deal with it, in order to improve the nursing quality of the emergency.
