大型液化天然气储罐隔震体系地震响应分析及经济评价 被引量:3

SEISMIC RESPONSE ANALYSIS OF LARGE LNG STORAGE TANK ISOLATION SYSTEM AND ECONOMIC EVALUATION

摘要 以山东青岛某液化天然气(LNG)储罐为背景,首先采用ADINA软件建立了LNG储罐三维模型,对隔震和非隔震储罐进行模态分析,然后分析不同形状系数隔震支座储罐的地震反应,并研究隔震支座参数对储罐隔震效果的影响,最后对采用隔震支座储罐的经济效益进行初步评价。研究结果表明:采用隔震装置可以降低储罐的自振频率,减小内罐和外罐的加速度、等效应力响应,但应注意隔震体系自振周期的延长将导致液体晃动波高的增加对罐顶的影响;隔震频率和阻尼比对储罐地震响应影响明显;采用隔震支座不但减小了地震反应,同时也降低了储罐的造价。 Based on the LNG storage tanks of Qingdao,Shandong Province,firstly a three-dimensional finite element model of the LNG storage tanks was built by ADINA finite element software and the modal analysis of isolated and non-isolated tanks was carried out; then it was analyzed the effect of different shape coefficients and the parameters of the isolated bearings on the seismic response of the tank; finally a preliminary evaluation on the economic benefits of the tanks using isolators was given. The result showed that the use of seismic isolation device could effectively reduce the frequency,acceleration and equivalent stress of inner tank and the outer tank,but it should be noted that the extending of natural vibration period would result in the impact of sloshing wave height increasing on the roof of the tank; the impact of frequency and damping ratio was obvious on the earthquake response; using isolators not only effectively reduced the seismic response,but also the cost of the tank.
