摘要
目的采用3.0T ESWAN(enhanced gradient echo T2 star-weighted angiography)定量测量健康成年人豆状核的R2-*值,来探讨正常脑老化过程中豆状核的脑铁沉积与侧别、性别及年龄的相关性。方法 (1)收集年龄25-85岁的128例年龄相匹配的男性组及女性组进行MRI常规及ESWAN扫描,经后处理在R2-*图像上分别测量左/右侧壳核、苍白球的R2*值,分析R2-*值与侧别、性别的相关性。(2)收集年龄20-85岁的157例健康成年人进行MRI常规及ESWAN扫描,按其年龄段分为6组。A组:20-29岁,B组:30-39岁,C组:40-49岁,D组:50-59岁,E组:60-69岁,F组:≥70岁。经后处理在R2-*图像上分别测量左/右侧壳核、苍白球的R2-*值,分析R2-*值与年龄的相关性。结果 (1)男/女性组壳核、苍白球的左侧与右侧之间的R2-*值无统计学差异(P〉0.05)。(2)壳核在男性组与女性组R2*值之间具有统计学差异(P〈0.05);而在苍白球无统计学差异(P〉0.05)。(3)壳核、苍白球的R2*值在部分年龄段间有统计学意义(P〈0.05),有一定规律性;且与年龄呈明显正相关(r值=0.524、0.347,P值均〈0.001)。结论在正常脑老化过程中,壳核与苍白球的脑铁沉积无侧别差异;但随年龄增长而增加;其中壳核的脑铁沉积与性别有相关性。
Objective To quantitatively analyze the iron deposition in lenticular nucleus in healthy population and its correlation with the laterality,gender and age during brain aging using ESWAN( enhanced gradient echo T2 star-weighted angiography) with 3. 0 Tesla scanner. Methods( 1) Age matched 128 healthy volunteers with age ranging from 25 to 85 were scanned with 3. 0T MRI routine sequences and ESWAN sequences. R2-*values were measured in both sides of putamen and globus pallidus,and the correlations between R2-* value and laterality,gender were analyzed.( 2) 157 healthy subjects( age 20 to 85) had been manned with routine sequences and ESWAN sequences. The subjects were divided into 6groups according to their age: Group A( age 20 - 29),Group B( age 30 - 31),Group C( age 40 - 49),Group D( age 50- 59),Group E( age 60 - 69) and Group F( age 〉70). R2-* value was measured in both sides of putamen and globus pallidus,and the correlations between the R2*value and age were analyzed. Results The R2-* value of right substantia nigra compacta reticulate was less than that of left position in males( P〈0. 05),and the R2*value of right substantia nigra pars reticulate was less than that of left position in females( P〈0. 05). The figures of R2-* value have had significant difference between putamen,thalamus and each gender( F = 4. 126 - 6. 890,P〈0. 05).( 1) The R2-* value have had no lenticular difference in the putamen and globus pallidus( P〉0. 05).( 2) Putamen has was significant gender-related( F =4. 126,P = 0. 044 0. 05).( 3) The difference of R2-*value among some age groups had statistical significance in putamen and globus pallidus( P〈0. 05). ⑷Obvious correlations between age and R2-*value was shown in putamen and globus pallidus( r = 0. 524、0. 347,P〈0. 01).
