摘要
目的探讨对青光眼患者实施个性化健康指导,并评价其实施的效果。方法选择该院眼科在2013年1月—2013年12月的72例青光眼患者采用个性化的健康指导并观察效果。结果对该组患者进行精心治疗护理和有计划的实施个性化健康指导,72例青光眼患者均痊愈出院。72例中63例患者掌握了青光眼的基本防治知识;70例能很好的执行出院医嘱、遵嘱用药、按时复诊和进行用眼的自我保健。结论实施个性化的健康指导,可以显著提高青光眼患者对青光眼疾病的认识和护理知识的掌握程度。为了满足患者对相关知识的需求并增强其信心,护士要全面、及时、准确地提供相关护理知识给患者,这也利于患者康复。
Objective To investigate the implementation of glaucoma patients personalized health education, and to evaluate the effectiveness of their implementation. Methods During January 2013 to December 2013,72 cases of glaucoma Eye hospital pa-tients with personalized health education and educational effect was observed. Results The group of careful treatment and care of patients and planned implementation of personalized health education, 72 cases of glaucoma patients were cured. 72 cases in 63 patients mastered the basic prevention and treatment of glaucoma; 70 cases of well executed Discharge Instructions, Zunzhu medi-cation, timely referral and perform eye of self-care. Conclusion The implementation of personalized health education, can signifi-cantly improve the degree of master of nursing knowledge glaucoma patients, raise awareness of glaucoma disease. Nurses timely, accurate and comprehensive care for patients with relevant knowledge, to meet patients＇ needs for knowledge, enhance their confi-dence, which will help the rehabilitation of patients.
