摘要
目的通过对某市级三级综合性医院2014年9月—2014年11月超声设备的使用率、使用效益进行分析,总结出医疗设备使用效益的评价方法,提出医疗设备跟踪管理的改进建议。方法利用开机利用率、时间利用率以及能力利用率对超声设备进行使用率分析,利用投资回收期、投资利润率以及累计使用次数对医疗设备进行使用效益分析。结果针对该次被评估的33台超声设备中,效益等级优秀的9台(27%),良好的17台(52%),一般的5台(15%),差的2台(6%)。社会效益优秀的2台(累计使用10万次以上)。结论利用使用率及使用效益指标,建立医疗设备管理信息系统,以月份或季度为周期对数据进行分析与公示,对医疗设备的跟踪管理起着重要作用。
Objective According to the analysis of using rate, using effectiveness about ultrasound equipment within a 3 A grade hospital, we can summarize the judgement of using benefits of medical equipment, and project strengthen management to improve it. Methods The analyze of the power utilization is based on the using rate, time utilization and capacity utilization. The analyze of using benefits is based on the investment payback period and investment rate. Results There are 33 ultrasound equipment within the assessment, nine of these were excellent （27%）, seventeen of these were good （52%）, five of these were general （15%）, and two of these were poor （6%）. The number of good social benefits was two, which accumulated over 100,000 times. Conclusion The es-tablishment of medical equipment management information system could base on the index of using rate and using effectiveness. The analysis and announsement of the data monthly or quarterly, are very important for the tracking management of medical equip-ment.
