碳纤维增强复合材料增强胶合木-混凝土组合梁静力试验 被引量:7

摘要 为了研究碳纤维增强复合材料(CFRP)增强胶合木-混凝土组合梁在静荷载作用下的受力性能,进行了4根完全剪力连接胶合木混凝土简支组合梁的试验,其中1根为未增强组合梁,3根为不同CFRP增强程度的组合梁,考察了CFRP增强胶合木-混凝土组合梁的变形发展过程与破坏形态,得到了试件跨中的荷载挠度曲线、胶合木梁与混凝土翼板交界面的荷载滑移曲线、试件跨中沿截面高度方向的纵向应变分布、试件剪跨段混凝土板横向应变分布,并分析了CFRP增强程度对组合梁受弯承载力以及挠度的影响。结果表明:CFRP可延缓胶合木混凝土组合梁的受拉脆性破坏,降低木材缺陷对组合梁受弯性能的影响,充分利用混凝土的抗压强度并显著提高胶合木-混凝土组合梁的承载力和刚度。 To investigate the bending behavior of glulam-concrete composite beams strengthened with carbon fiber reinforced composite (CFRP) under static load, four glulam-concrete composite beams with full connection were tested.These beams included one specimen without CFRP and other three specimens strengthened with different numbers of CFRP layers, and the deformation and failure pattern of the composite beams were observed. The force-deflection curves of mid-span, load-slip at the end of specimens, longitudinal strain distribution along depth of the composite section at mid-span, and transverse strain distribution of concrete flange in composite beams were obtained. Flexural capacity and the rigidity of composite beams were studied considering the factors of the numbers of reinforcement layers. The observation from the experiments indicated that the brittle failure pattern of composite beam was changed as the ductile failure pattern of composite beams strengthened with CFRP. Also, the strengthening of composite beams by CFRP decreased the influence of defects in timber on the flexural behaviors, and the CFRP strengthening could use of compression strength of concrete.The bending stiffness and the flexural capacity of composite beams were improved by CFRP strengthening.
