摘要
简要概括污泥中重金属在混凝土凝结硬化过程中的反应,并对用污泥制作混凝土掺和料进行可行性分析.以脱水污泥为原料制作污泥灰,按照不同污泥灰-水泥质量比制成混凝土立方体标准试块,进行其不同配比下单轴抗压试验,研究了以污泥灰为掺合料的混凝土基本力学性能.试验结果表明:当污泥灰-水泥质量比小于6%时,混凝土立方体抗压强度降低幅度较小,满足混凝土强度等级要求;掺入污泥灰使得混凝土受压变形能力下降,但对混凝土的强度发展影响不明显.
A brief summary for the reaction of heavy metal of sludge in setting and hardening of concrete, and a feasibility analysis for using sludge ash to make concrete admixture have been conducted in the pa-per.Making the standard concrete test cube is the production of sewage sludge ash with dehydrated sludge as raw material,according to the different sludge ash cement mass ratio.Axial compressive tests under the different ratio were done,studying the basic mechanical properties of concrete taking sludge ash as admixture.The test results show that:when the mass ratio of sludge ash and cement is less than 6%,the compressive strength of cube concrete decreased less,meeting the requirements of strength grade of concrete;Incorporation of sludge ash to concrete can decrease the deformation ability of com-pression,but its impaction on the strength development of concrete is not obvious.
