摘要
针对管型结构物维修的需要,研制了摩擦叠焊设备,该设备由焊接主轴、定位床身、固定鞍座和支撑框架等四个部分组成。其中,摩擦焊接主轴以及定位床身锁紧机构采用液压驱动,而定位床身的主轴轴向移动和周向旋转采用伺服电机驱动。焊接主轴采用液压马达和液压油缸,分别完成作为摩擦焊接耗材的塞棒所需要的旋转和进给两个运动,芯轴设计成为内部空心结构,从而减轻重量、减小转动惯量。定位床身主要由轴向驱动机构、旋转驱动机构、锁紧机构等组成,可以携带焊接主轴实现轴向移动和环向旋转,并且在任意待焊位置进行可靠的锁紧。摩擦焊接主轴控制子系统不仅成功地实现了主轴转速、进给速度和压力等焊接参数的自动控制,而且自动焊接程序可以根据塞棒烧损长度设置合适的焊接参数组合。定位床身控制子系统采用Ⅲ尤对伺服电机进行控制,通过人机界面触摸屏进行操作。最后,采用该设备进行了成功的管道焊接试验,包括钻孔和摩擦叠焊。
To satisfy tubular structures repairing,a Friction Stitch Welding equipment was developed which is made up of a welding spindle,a locating body,a fixed saddle and a supporting frame.The welding spindle and locking mechanism of the locating body were driven by hydraulic fluid,but axial movement and circumferential rotation were realized using servo motors.The welding spindle had a hydraulic motor and a cylinder to drive the consumable rod to rotate and reach the suitable position of the hole,and the center axle of the welding spindle is a hollow structure specially designed to reduce weight and moment of inertia largely.Locating body is mainly composed of axial movement mechanism,circumferential rotation mechanism and locking mechanism,can carry the welding spindle to realize movement along the axial direction and rotate around the circumference,and can lock the welding spindle in a reliable way at any area to be welded.Not only rotation speed,displacement and pressures can be controlled automatically,but also an automatic welding procedure can set the proper welding parameters according to stud burn- off distance in the sub- control system of the friction welding head.The sub- control system of the locating body is based on PLC,in which movement parameters are set by a touch screen man- machine interface to drive servo motors.Lastly,the equipment is verified with pipe welding test,including boring and friction welding.
