单轴对称圆孔蜂窝梁弯扭屈曲承载力的简化计算

摘要 对存在初始缺陷的单轴对称圆孔蜂窝梁的弯扭屈曲整体稳定性能进行参数研究,提出新的简化设计方法.通过ANSYS建立有限元模型,在与国外试验数据差距较小的基础上,分析不同孔高比、距高比及跨高比的单轴对称圆孔蜂窝梁中残余应力的影响程度及规律,并将各构件稳定承载力与规范公式所得当量单轴对称实腹梁的稳定承载力比较,发现跨高比与残余应力对稳定承载力的影响程度成正比;距高比、跨高比不同的单轴对称圆孔蜂窝梁与规范所得实腹梁的稳定承载力具有某种特定联系;提出单轴对称圆孔蜂窝梁稳定承载力折减系数,通过非线性回归分析得到稳定承载力简化计算公式.经有限元验证,对于任意参数的单轴对称圆孔蜂窝梁,此公式均能精确、快速地算得稳定承载力,在设计中可参考使用以提高设计效率. Lateral buckling resistance of monosymmetric cellular beams(MCB) is the focus of this research. Comparing with experiment results, FEM models were established with ANSYS to analyze the rule and degree to which residual stress affects lateral buckling resistance of MCBs with varied span, opening rate and pitch of holes. Obtained resistances of MCBs were contrasted with the ones of equivalent solid webbed beams(ESBs). It is found that the Length-Height Ratio is proportional to extend of residual stress impact of lateral buckling resistances. Moreover, there is a connection between the lateral buckling resistance of ESBs and the ones of MCBs with varied Pitch-Height Ratio and Length-Height Ratio. After nonlinear regression analysis, the reduction factor and a new simplified calculation are proposed. Identification shows that the calculation could figure out lateral buckling resistance of MCBs with random parameters in a correct and rapid way. Considered these, the simplified calculation could be applied to designing.
