摘要
利用WHO推荐的标准化价格调查方法,调查常用抗菌药在黔东南少数民族地区药店与医药公司的价格信息,并对同一种药品在农村店和城镇店的价格进行了比较,为降低少数民族地区药品价格,提高用药水平,改革和完善政府药品价格管理效能提参考.调查结果显示,我国西部少数民族地区抗菌药零售价明显偏高,农村店零售价比城镇店明显要高,且同种药品价格浮动较大,分析认为这些差异主要与少数民族地区地理条件、医疗卫生水平及药品价格管理体系不合理等因素紧密相关.
Using the standard price survey method recommended by WHO, we investigated commonlyused antibacterial drug price information in pharmacies and pharmaceutical company of Qiandongnan minority area, and compared price of the same drug in urban and rural stores. The survey results show that the antibacterial drugs＇ retail price is significantly higher in the western minority area of our country, rural retail price is higher than urban, and the same drug price floating is large. The analysis shows that these differences are closely related to the geographical conditions, the level of medical care and the irrational drug price management system.
