摘要
对长湖不同湖区的14个采样点表层底泥的TN、TP、TOC含量进行测定,分析了在不同湖区表层底泥中营养元素的分布特征,采用SPSS软件对底泥和上层覆水中营养元素进行相关性分析.结果表明,海子湖TN含量最高,圆心湖最低;圆心湖TP含量最高,马洪台最低;TOC含量上圆心湖最高,海子湖最低.连接有进水口的海子湖表层底泥中的TN高于全湖表层底泥TN含量平均值的0.23倍,表明长湖底泥对TN的富集作用较明显.表层底泥中的TN主要来自内源有机氮,TP主要来自外源无机磷.
Based on all the 14 samples taken from different lake areas of Lake Changhu, the contents of TN, TP and T0C of water surface sediments were examined and the characteristics of the nutrient distri- bution were analyzed in the study, then the correlation of surface sediments and the water was analyzed with SPSS software. The result showed that sediments from Lake Haizihu had significantly higher TN concentrations than that of any other area of Lake Changhu,while lake Yuanxinhu had the lowest. Lake Yuanxinhu had from the highest TP content, followed by Lake Haizihu and Lake Mahongtai had the minimum. Lake Yuanxinhu had from the highest TOC content while Lake Haizihu had the lowest. Lake Haizihu, which connects to several intakes had from higher TN content in surface sediment than the av- erage data of the whole lake, the phenomenon indicated the sediment of Lake Changhu had prominent enrichment of TN. The source of TN in surface sediments was mainly from the organic nitrogen of Lake Changhu, and the source of TP was mainly from the inorganic phosphorus outside the lake.
