摘要
目的探讨小剂量罗红霉素治疗慢性鼻窦炎鼻息肉的效果。方法收集2014年4月~2015年1月期间来我院就诊治疗的慢性鼻窦炎鼻息肉患者116例作为研究对象,将116例患者按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组58例,对照组用鼻窦炎口服液治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上用小剂量罗红霉素治疗,比较两组临床疗效、治疗前后VAS症状评分、鼻内镜检查评分。结果 （1）观察组总有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;（2）观察组和对照组治疗后VAS评分及鼻内镜检查评分均低于治疗前,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;观察组治疗后VAS评分及鼻内镜检查评分明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论小剂量罗红霉素治疗慢性鼻窦炎鼻息肉疗效确切,可明显提高治疗有效率,改善患者的临床症状,可在临床推广应用。
Objective To investigate the effect of low-dose treatment of chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps roxithromycin. Methods 116 caseswith chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps were selected from April 2014 to January 2015 in our hospital for treatment,116 patients were divided into two groups according the random number table,there were 58 cases in the control group and observation group,the control group given sinusitis,the observation group were treated with small doses of roxithromycin on the basis of the control group,we comparative clinical efficacy,VAS symptom scores, nasal endoscopy score after treatment and before treatment of two groups. Results（1）The total effect rate of the observation group was significantly higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）,（2）VAS score and endoscopy scores of the observation group and the control group were lower than before treatment,there were significant difference between after treatment and before treatment（P〈0.05）;VAS score and endoscopy scores of the observation group were significantly lower than the control group,there were significant difference between two groups（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Low-dose treatment of chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps roxithromycin efficacy, can significantly improve the efficiency of treatment and improve clinical symptoms, can be applied in clinical practice.
