摘要 从公共通信技术平台的重要用户供用电安全智能传感系统架构,重要用户供用电风险传递分析、诊断及决策等方面提出提高重要电力用户供用电安全的技术措施,并进一步提出重要用户供用电安全技术集成与应用策略,搭建基于物联网的重要用户供用电安全监测预警平台架构。 Technical measures for improving the power supply and utilization safety of important power consumers are proposed with regard to the aspects such as intelligent power supply and utilization safety sensing system structure for important power consumers and analysis, diagnosis and decision on the risk transfer of power supply and utilization for important power consumers on the public communication technology platform; besides, strategies for integration and application of safety techniques of power supply and utilization for important power consumers are further proposed, to establish a power supply and utilization safety monitoring & forecasting platform structure for important power consumers based on the Internet of Things.
