摘要
针对换流站交流滤波器测量回路故障导致的无功功率计算失误的情况,设计了一种交流滤波器无功功率监视电路。电路由母线PT、小组交流滤波器CT、测控装置、减法器、绝对值运放电路、窗口比较器以及或门组成。通过将同类型相邻交流滤波器无功功率进行相互比较,并首尾相连形成一个"比较环",实现了各个交流滤波器无功功率之间的相互监视,若出现单个或多个交流滤波器无功功率计算值与其它交流滤波器不同,即启动报警功能。便于监控人员及时发现、及时处置,消除无功过剩或不足对电网的持续影响。
Under consideration of wrong calculation of reactive power due to faults of the measuring circuit of the AC filter at the conversion station,this paper presents a design of a monitoring circuit for the reactive power of the AC filter. This circuit consists of a bus PT,group AC filter CT,measurement and control device,subtractor,absolute value OP-AMP circuit,window comparator and OR gate.By comparing the reactive power of adjacent AC filters of the same type in an end-to-end "comparison loop",we realize mutual monitoring of the reactive powers of all AC filters. Once a difference occurs between the calculated reactive power's of a single or several AC filters and those of other filters,alarming function will be started so that the monitoring personnel may find and process the case in time so as to eliminate continual influence of excessive/insufficient reactive power upon the grid.
