伙伴合作培养教师:理念、实践与思考——以湖北科技学院为例

摘要 伙伴合作培养教师是世界各国教师教育改革的重要举措。本文主要在我国教师教育改革和课程改革进一步深入的背景下探讨伙伴合作教师培养的理念,总结各种模式,并以湖北科技学院为例,总结其实践探索经验,并作相应的思考,以期对地方高等院校教师教育改革有所启示。
