摘要
目的:探讨中西医结合治疗膝关节急性创伤性滑膜炎临床效果及安全性。方法:以2013年1月—2013年12月收治膝关节急性创伤性滑膜炎患者130例作为研究对象,采用随机抽样方法分为对照组和中西医结合组,每组各65例;其中对照组患者采用双氯芬酸钠口服治疗,中西医结合组患者则对照组治疗基础上加用自拟方内服外敷辅助治疗;比较两组患者临床疗效,治疗前后症状体征积分、C反应蛋白(CRP)及红细胞沉降率(ESR)指标水平,不良反应发生率等。结果:中西医结合组患者临床疗效显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);中西医结合组患者治疗后症状体征积分显著优于对照组、治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);中西医结合组患者治疗后CRP和ESR水平均显著优于对照组、治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);同时中西医结合组患者不良反应发生率显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗膝关节急性创伤性滑膜炎可有效缓解症状体征,改善炎性指标水平,并有助于降低不良反应发生风险。
Objective： To investigate clinical effects and safety of TCM combined with Western Medicine in the treatment of acute traumatic synovitis of knee joint. Methods： 130 patients with acute traumatic synovitis of knee joint were chosen from January 2013 to December 2013 in our hospital and randomly divided into control group（ 65 patients,with diclofenac sodium orally treatment used alone） and integrative medicine group（ 65 patients,with self-made prescription for internal and external treatment adjuvant therapy on the basis of control group） and the clinical efficacy,the scores of symptoms and signs,levels of C reactive protein（ CRP） and erythrocyte sedimentation rate（ ESR） before and after treatment and the incidence of adverse reactions of both groups were compared. Results： The clinical efficacy of integrative medicine group was significantly better than control group＇s（ P 〈0. 05）. The scores of symptoms and signs after treatment of integrative medicine group was significantly better than control group＇s and that before treatment（ P 〈0. 05）. The levels of CRP and ESR after treatment of integrative medicine group was significantly better than control group＇s and that before treatment（ P 〈0. 05）. The incidence of adverse reactions of integrative medicine group was significantly better than control group＇s（ P〈 0. 05）. Conclusion： TCM combined with Western Medicine treatment of acute traumatic synovitis of knee joint can efficiently alleviate the degree of symptoms and signs,improve the level of inflammatory factors and be helpful to reduce the risk of adverse reaction.
