利用响应面分析法优化葛根异黄酮提取工艺的研究 被引量:4

摘要 本文通过响应面分析方法确定葛根异黄酮最佳提取条件.以葛根异黄酮提取率为指标,利用响应面分析法分别以超声时间、乙醇浓度、料液比及提取时间等4因素为影响因子,考察各影响因子对葛根异黄酮提取率的影响.结果表明优化提取条件后葛根异黄酮的最佳提取工艺条件为:乙醇浓度为91.16%,超声时间16.59 min,料液比15.42:1,提取时间1.35 h.理论提取率为1.125 mg/g,实际测得提取率为1.025 mg/g.Box-Behnken实验设计方法可以较好地对葛根异黄酮提取工艺进行优化. The article identified the optimum conditions for the extraction of isoflavones via response surface analysis. Based on the pueraria isoflavone extraction rate index,response surface analysis method was used to four factors including ultrasound time,ethanol concentration,solid-liquid ratio and extraction time,and to inspect each factor on the extraction rate of isoflavones. The results showed that the optimized extraction conditions of isoflavones were as follows: ethanol concentration was91. 16%,ultrasonic time 16. 59,liquid ratio 15. 42: 1,extraction time 1. 35 h; Theoretical extraction rate of 1. 125 mg / g; The actual extraction rate measured reached 1. 025 mg / g. Box-Behnken experimental design method can optimize the extraction technology of isoflavones.
