摘要
对非公经济组织中党员展开了调研，从党员对党组织活动的态度、党员的身份意识、党员对企业党建的态度、党员的政治态度等方面，分析了非公经济组织中新社会阶层党员对执政党组织的拓展态度。并探讨了影响当前非公企业中党组织拓展的主要因素。
A survey is conducted on the Party members in some non-state-owned institutions. From the Party members attitude towards the Party＇ s activities,towards the Party＇ s organizational construction at enterprise level, towards politics as well as their sense of identity,the atlitude of those Party members in various social levels towards the organizational growth of the Party in power is analyzed. The major factors influencing the organizational growth of the Party in non-state-owned enterprises is explored into.
